Chad was born and raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Conroe High School in 2003.<\/p>\n Chad attended Texas Tech University School of Law and while there had the opportunity to work as a researcher for the defense team in a capital murder case where the death penalty was being sought, intern for two Montgomery County District Courts and the Harris County District Attorney\u2019s Office, and receive a provisional bar card his final year of law school in order to be able to represent indigent clients in criminal matters through Tech Law\u2019s Criminal Defense Clinic.<\/p>\n After graduating law school with honors, Chad joined two of his best friends from law school at the Bowie County Public Defender\u2019s Office in Texarkana, Texas. During his five years at the Public Defender\u2019s Office Chad began as the misdemeanor attorney, representing thousands of indigent clients with their criminal matters. While working as the misdemeanor Public Defender, Chad immediately began trying felony cases and after eighteen months, Chad was promoted to a felony caseload and spent the next three and a half years as the sole Public Defender for the 5th Judicial District Court. Over the course of his career at the Public Defender\u2019s Office, Chad served as trial counsel for countless felony jury trials in every District Court in Texarkana, Texas. But one of the most unexpectedly rewarding parts of his career as a Public Defender was having the opportunity to serve as part of a \u201cDrug Court\u201d team in Texarkana, where he had the opportunity to closely work with district judges, probation officers, law enforcement and individual clients who were struggling with recovery from substance abuse while on probation.<\/p>\n After five rewarding years in Texarkana, Chad returned home to Conroe and Montgomery County in order to be closer to his family and open a private practice in his hometown. Kyle was promoted to become a felony prosecutor after only one year in the misdemeanor division. Price is a retired partner of Price & Price<\/strong><\/a> and now serves as Of Counsel with Crowl & Crowl<\/strong><\/a>. She continues to devote her extensive legal knowledge and decades of experience to probate and estate planning. Gina earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1983. Her work has focused on a full range of estate and trust services, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration, as well as helping families organize and transfer assets after the loss of a loved one.<\/p>\n Gina has served clients throughout Montgomery, San Jacinto, Walker County, and the surrounding areas for more than four decades. She is a past president of the Montgomery County Community Foundation and has received statewide recognition for her dedication to families and children. The Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards honored her as Volunteer of the Year for Outstanding Volunteer Service to the Children of the State of Texas. She was also recognized by Children\u2019s Protective Services in Region 6 as Outstanding Attorney Ad Litem for her dedicated service to children in Montgomery County. In addition, Gina was awarded the Texas DFPS Lifetime Legacy Award for her many years of personal and professional commitment to the Texas foster care system.<\/p>\n She remains active in the legal community through her involvement with the Montgomery County Bar Association and the College of the State Bar of Texas. Gina also serves as executive director of the Teresa Maness Educational Foundation, which provides scholarships to deserving students in Montgomery County and nearby communities.<\/p>\n A native of Groveton, Texas, Gina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. She married her high school sweetheart, Jimmie Price, in 1977. Together, they supported each other through law school and built a life centered on family and service.
